this is the third job, but i dont understand why people work or dont.
the rhetoric is mags is usually high! Profits, sales, numbers, R&D, Software, IT, Outsourcing..blah blah blah.
what happens in-side the company?
What is a company?
People... in compartments, real, imaginary,clean, dirty, people-"You take care of me, I'll take care of you"
or further, " You take care of him/her/that, i'll take care of him/her/that and him/her/that will take care of him/her/that"
and in midst of all the jazz.... there are more people..struggling...
under muck
over muck
half in muck!!
some one running ..and someone sleeping ( around or otherwise)
and then..
the EGOS
Emotions..
Feelings..
fights..
tussles
pushes and Pulls....
all this and the work?
Who works?

you fight!! you work.... the reason we all work is to earn money... coz money talks.. a truth we like to ignore.. but always der to knock on our senses and remind us of its presence!!
yeah we work to earn money..and after that to acheive satisfaction..coz work gives one a mental satisfaction..and sometimes a way to live life away from personal problems.....muck!! it all depends on how you take or dont take it.....

Come and work with us or spend a day with us someday and u'll start loving ur job more than anybody else.
